Abstract, intense painting in portrait format, inspired by the lightning and thunder of an impressive thunderstorm. White, beige, yellow, red, orange, blue and pink tones seem to meet each other in a very dynamic or explosive way. The center is rich in details and contrasts, while the background is more flat and has softer color transitions. I have painted several variations of Thunder And Lightning, as it has been a motif for years that nature has been constantly reinventing and presenting in new forms and colors. The painting has painted side edges and is signed by Peter Nottrott on the front bottom right and dated with the year it was created.
